"Why is the price of the product different from before?"
Starting today, we plan to write about various topics whenever we have time. There will be a variety of topics. We would like to talk about shopping categories such as Korean fashion, Korean food, K-POP merch, and Korean home decor.
In addition, we would like to have a chance to answer more detailed questions from customers while working as a crossboard seller for four years.
Today, we would like to answer one of the questions we received in detail.
The question is, "Why is the price of the product different from before?"☺️☺️
This question is also related to purchasing service and warehouse service we will provide, so I wanted to select this question as the first posting.
I think it's the fastest to explain with an example.
Among the products that customers have purchased a lot, there is a product called BT21 PAJAMA released by the HUNT brand. This product was more popular overseas than in Korea, and is still loved by customers.

Since not one pajama has been released, but several types of pajamas have been released, the price varies for each product type. However, it was initially sold at a price of about 50,000 won to 60,000 won.
Then, as 2020 passed, the number of online and offline stores in stock of this product rapidly decreased, and only some stores will have product inventory. I remember that the price of the product was reduced by about 30-40% from the regular price at this time.
And now that I'm writing this posting, there are only one or two stores in Korea that have this product in stock.
Since only some stores have stocks of popular products, product prices often change depending on how they set prices.
Crossboard sellers who resell this product have no choice but to change the selling price from time to time depending on their price settings.
Products that are popular with customers are often as above. Especially if it's been a while since its release.
In this case, customers are questioning why the price has increased.
To avoid these situations, we try to keep some products in stock.
This is because we can sell products at a more stable price to our customers, which has a positive impact on our store.
We have some inventory of BT21 pajamas mentioned above. In the summer of 2021, although it is more expensive than the price of 2020, we decided that it would be better to purchase inventory in advance.
