LBK store offers STANDARD SHIPPING for all the orders. We usually Qxpress, DHL economy / USPS (to US), Shipter(Detour shipping for EU,RU) and YSL to detach your order.

※ Expedite shipping (DHL) is used for the customers who want to receive the product quickly or for the product has a lithium battery into it, such as a Handy fan. The special delivery charge for DHL will be charge additionally.
Lithium battery products can be delivered by standard shipping to only a few countries. (US/JP/SG Only)
The following are the conditions for deliverable under Standard conditions:
1) The total width, length, and height of the delivery item are less than or equal to 90 cm.

2) Shipment item weighs less than 6 kg

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Exchange or return due to change of your mind is impossible.

Returns must be made within 5 days from the delivery completion date
Returns must be approved by LBK store before shipment
Returned items must be in original condition, and contain both the original parts and packaging
Please pay the return shipping fee in advance and charge it to LBK with the receipt. (In the case of international shipping, Only pre-paid shipping is available.)
Exchange will be made after the original product is returned and the re-shipping cost is paid by customer
HOW TO RETURN

Once we approve your request, we will notify you with our returns address.
